Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping Info

We ship twice a week- Tuesdays and Fridays. For smaller items, we use USPS Priority. For larger items such as a side table, we will use FedEx. We will ship freight for even larger furniture pieces. Tracking info will be provided via email when the item is shipped. 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept undamaged returns. We ask that you contact us within a week of receiving your purchase to let us know you are returning it. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs. If you just need to exchange it, we will ship out the new one to you once we receive the returned product. If you live in the Denver metro, feel free to bring it back to our shop for a full return. 

Damage Policy

Upon receiving, please inspect your package and notify us of any damage immediately. Please report no later than seven days from the date of delivery of any damage or defects, shortage, or any other non-conformity with the original order. After this seven day period, Revampt has no obligation to remedy any damage, defects, shortage, or non-conformity with the original order. Buyer must understand that Revampt's products are built from reclaimed materials and so products may vary slightly in size, color, markings, and finish. Variations in reclaimed wood including knots and nail holes are not considered damage or defects. Due to the nature of reclaimed wood, we believe these imperfections further enhance each piece from Revampt.
